About the event
Orientation Week (O-Week) is a three-day introduction to the OU Army ROTC program designed to welcome new cadets and prepare them for success within the Sooner Battalion. Throughout the week, cadets will learn about Army ROTC expectations, leadership development opportunities, physical fitness standards, and the resources available to help them thrive both academically and professionally.
O-Week provides an opportunity to build relationships with fellow cadets and cadre through team-building activities, leadership challenges, and battalion traditions. Whether you're new to Army ROTC or returning for another semester, Orientation Week is designed to foster confidence, camaraderie, and a strong foundation for the year ahead.
Join us as we kick off the semester, strengthen our team, and continue developing the next generation of Army leaders.
